Deborah Caldwell owner of 805 Body Work

Deborah Caldwell

B.S. Kinesiology
Cal Poly-SLO 1999

Deborah Caldwell’s fascination with the human body started at an early age. Navigating her love for outdoor activities in an uncooperative body, she earned a degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, SLO. Each results-driven treatment taps into her thousands of hours of somatic education and a long history of working with patients and athletes.

Deborah enhanced her undergraduate studies with  somatic training in Structural Integration, Esalen Massage, Pilates, Yoga, and many other philosophies. Treating diverse populations from Cal Poly athletes, rehabilitative patients, weekend warriors, stressed-out achievers, and anyone who loves to move their bodies.

Her advanced hands-on skills, knowledge of movement potential, and intuitive focus are to heal, reduce pain, restore balance and function to the body. Every session is unique and personalized to achieve individual goals with a firm, specific, and deeply relaxing style.

In her free time, Deborah can be found outdoors with her horses and dogs or in and around water.
